We hope you all know that we will be using Alexandra Palace this year for our High Holy Day services.  We are writing now to keep you up-to-date with our plans.

For the main formal services on Rosh Hashanah first day and all day Yom Kippur, we will be in the Panorama room at Alexandra Palace. 

Alternative services, led by Rabbi Howard Cooper will be held in the Londesborough room on the mornings of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.  For children there will be a huge range of services at Alexandra Palace in a selection of different rooms (a detailed map will be issued with the tickets):

• Early Years (pre-school, with parents)
• Stars (Reception to Year 2, parents welcome to stay)
• Galaxy (Years 3–6)
• Shabbat Programme (Years 7 and 8)

We will also be offering crèche facilities – if you are interested please contact the office to book a place.

All other services will take place at FRS: please note this includes Kol Nidre. We apologise for any confusion this may cause. 

Remember – Selichot, both Erev Rosh Hashanah services, Rosh Hashanah second day, Shabbat Shuvah, and Kol Nidre will all be at FRS.  On Kol Nidre there will be teenage discussions for Years 7&8 and Years 8&9 at FRS.

Following on from the success of the live streaming of services last year, we are hoping to do the same this year – so those who are unfortunately house-bound or will be away at the time can also feel part of FRS and link in with the services. We will issue access information nearer the time.

Parking and transportation: There is plenty of free parking at Alexandra Palace and a large number of disabled parking places near the front entrance.  In an effort to be environment-conscious, if you can offer a lift for someone to get to and from Alexandra Palace, or indeed would like transportation yourself, please let us know.
