Community Support Group

The Group is committed to making Jewish community real by helping in any way we can.

We offer confidential support - practical, emotional or both - to FRS members and their families during troubled times such as illness, bereavement and any other issues.

In the meantime if you are in need of assistance or would like to volunteer please contact us directly or through the synagogue office.

FRS Cares

As FRS exists to promote Judaism, we feel no one should be excluded from participating in Jewish activities, whether within or outside our community, through their financial circumstances.

Any FRS member (or their children) can therefore request a subsidy to pay for such activities from the FRS CARES committee.  In order to continue this work, we rely on donations from the community.

So please consider FRS CARES as a recipient of your generosity at yahrzeits and at times of happiness such as births, B'nei Mitzvot, weddings and anniversaries. In fact, please think of us at any time, including in your Wills!

Anyone who would like a subsidy request to be considered should simply contact the FRS Office who will pass your name on to a member of the FRS CARES committee who will contact you. The very strictest confidentiality is maintained at all times.
