FRS's vision is for there to be a strong partnership between the professional and lay leadership which enables the creation of a spiritual, vibrant and inclusive community.  This means it will be:

• The catalyst that allows Reform Judaism to permeate the lives of its members

• The "constant" throughout the lives of its members; and

• The epicentre of its members' Jewish, spiritual and social lives.
